Using this website

HexAI Care Limited runs hexai.care. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
• navigate the whole site using just a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• skip straight to the main content
• use the site with a screen reader
• turn off animation by asking your device to reduce motion
• choose a light or dark appearance

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. This website is partially compliant, because of the known issues listed below.

Known issues

• The in-browser voice agent is provided by a third-party component. Its controls are restyled to match this site, but parts of it are outside our direct control and have not yet been independently tested with every screen reader.
• Some headings animate letter by letter. The full text is always available to screen readers, and the animation is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
• The decorative photo gallery moves continuously. It is hidden from screen readers and stops moving if your device asks for reduced motion.

How we test this website

We check the home page with automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing in both light and dark appearance whenever it changes, and test it by hand with a keyboard, at 400% zoom and on small screens.
